Solution: Redesign workflows and launch the agentic platform

Our AI Accelerator identified several tasks and workflows that could be redesigned and transformed with AI. Within 90 days, I created and launched an MVP that generated 40% cost reduction, 70% increase in productivity, and decreased time to complete certain tasks by 95%
